Reviewing an Enquiry
Entering information and opening the review do not submit your enquiry. You can check or edit your details before choosing to submit.
Submitting to Octantis
“Submit enquiry” saves your name, email, contact number, chosen service, project location, approximate area, and project details in the protected Octantis enquiry inbox. Successful submission displays a reference number. The website does not automatically send an email notification or confirm a booking.
Who Can Review It
Enquiries are stored in a separate, protected team area. Access is restricted to the owner and explicitly approved staff. Staff must sign in with an authorized account; other visitors cannot view enquiry records. Enquiry information is used to assess your requirements, prepare a response, and track project discussions.
Deletion & Spam Management
Authorized team members can mark an enquiry as spam or delete it. Deletion erases its name, email, phone number, location, area, and message from the enquiry database. A reference, timestamps, and hashed retry and sender identifiers remain to prevent duplicate submissions and preserve spam limits. Deleted details cannot be recovered through the inbox.
Email as an Alternative
“Email instead” opens a draft addressed to octantislandsurveying@gmail.com. You choose whether to send it and which documents to attach. “Copy details” lets you use your preferred email application.
Share Only What Is Relevant
Provide the information needed to discuss the survey. Do not include unrelated personal information. Documents are not uploaded through this form; you may attach them if you choose email.
Related Communication
Your consent covers this enquiry and related responses. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
